Scooter seized from driver with insurance or license

A scooter was seized in Oldham after it was discovered the driver had no license or insurance.

In a tweet from Greater Manchester Police Traffic on Monday July 4, it was explained how Oldham Police spotted the driver on the scooter.

The man reportedly drove the vehicle in shorts and without his helmet strapped on, making it “stop-worthy”.

When arrested and questioned, it was discovered that the man had no license or insurance for the scooter.

It was added that the man repeatedly said he had “asked for one”.

The scooter was seized by the police.
