Deliveroo: Singapore launches BenefitHub to boost passenger wellbeing and offers passengers over 200 lifestyle offers

Deliveroo Singapore today announced a partnership with BenefitHub, a leading integrated lifestyle benefits and rewards portal, to offer its fleet of over 11,000 passengers access to over 200 discounts and daily benefits, tailored to passenger needs, starting tomorrow (June 1).

This partnership demonstrates Deliveroo’s continued commitment to regularly engaging with its riders through a variety of initiatives, from development and training opportunities to improving their working environment. As part of the latest rider initiative, Deliveroo riders can access the BenefitHub portal to discover local savings from merchants in their neighborhood and shop hundreds of deals, with new deals added daily.

The discounts and benefits extend to different lifestyle areas, including food and dining, automotive, travel and wellness. Riders can expect exciting rewards, including exclusive offers from up to 50% cashback from beloved brands like Circles.Life, Calvin Klein, Charles & Keith, DirectAsia Insurance, Klook, Shopee, Lazada, Sephora, Zalora, Crocs, Trip.com and more. These cashback rewards will be credited directly to their individual e-wallets available on the portal and can be cashed out after accumulating a minimum of $10 in their e-wallets.

Existing benefits for Deliveroo passengers are also now available on the BenefitHub platform. These include discount of 20 StarHub Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) monthly plans, 30% off M1Corporate Individual Scheme (CORI) monthly plans and 20% discount VROOMmotorcycle rental with free maintenance.

Deliveroo’s partnership with BenefitHub is the latest in a series of passenger-focused programs. Existing passenger benefits include food and beverage discounts for passengers during and after working hours, in partnership with Deliveroo’s restaurant partners, vehicle maintenance promotions, catering offers and accessories.

Earlier this month, Deliveroo partnered with the Singapore Kindness Movement to distribute kindness kits to its runners on Singapore Kindness Day to recognize and thank runners for their tireless work, particularly in as front liners during the pandemic.
